Return Instructions

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to a 7-day trial period (including holidays) after the arrival of the product. The 7-day trial period is a "consideration period" and not a "trial period".
If the product has been opened, used, or is no longer complete and has lost its resale value, it cannot be returned.
We do not provide exchange services. After applying for a return, please place a new order for the appropriate size product so that you can receive the product you want more quickly.

7-day appreciation period calculation

The period starts from the day when the consumer signs for the delivery and ends on the 7th day.
Please inform the seller within 7 days from the day you receive the goods. Late requests will not be accepted.

※ Example: If the collection is completed on October 12, the 7-day appreciation period will start and end from October 12 to October 18.

Return Process

If you need to return an item or if you encounter a defective/incorrect item, please log in to the Member Center and leave a message within seven days of receiving your package. We will assist you as soon as possible. Returns for defective items cannot be accepted after the seven-day inspection period. Please inspect the item upon receipt to confirm that there are no issues before removing the tag and washing it.

※ The return process takes about 7-10 days to complete (excluding holidays). Once we receive the return package and confirm that the returned product is correct, we will refund the amount of the returned product to the refund account you provided as soon as possible (or refund it online) and notify you in the customer message section of the order.

※ Return shipping costs are at your own expense

Return Notes

You will not be able to return the product in the following circumstances. Please pay attention to avoid affecting your return rights.

1. Please be especially careful if you are wearing makeup when trying on clothes. If there is makeup on the clothes, we will not accept returns.

2. The item was not tried on normally, but was worn for a long time or was damaged or soiled after being worn outside, and has creases or odors from use.

3. For hygiene reasons, the safety seams/stitches on jewelry, earrings, and underwear have been removed (e.g. underwear, socks, etc.).

4. When returning the product, the accessories are incomplete, the tag has been cut, or the product has been washed and not properly packaged.

5. The product has been processed, such as printing, embroidery, etc.

6. If the product cannot be returned due to personal issues (e.g. the product is stained with powder, dirty or damaged after wearing, etc.), it will be sent back to the buyer and the buyer will need to pay the return shipping fee.

7. Returns for orders that have exceeded the seven-day appreciation period cannot be accepted. They must be returned together with the returns of orders that are still within the appreciation period or sent back by registered mail. Second returns within the appreciation period must be sent back together with the returns of new orders.

8. Product dimensions are manually measured. Due to factors such as different batches and materials, a ±2cm error in actual product measurements is normal. Printed products may exhibit some unevenness, offset print detachment, and small color spots (less than 0.5 square centimeters). These are acceptable under international inspection standards and are not considered defects. Color rendering varies by computer and mobile phone, so slight color variations may occur. Please consider this carefully before placing an order.

9. Thread loosening, minor thread fraying, unfastened buttons, clothing marks, and mixed threads are all normal phenomena.

10. Returns due to personal preference (e.g., dislike, slight color difference, etc.) are not accepted. Please pay attention to this before placing an order.

Returned merchandise must be in pristine packaging with all accessories intact, ensuring it is brand new and resalable (tags and labels intact, uncut, free of stains, water damage, or alterations). Special packaging, such as ziplock bags or paper boxes, must also be intact and returned. Failure to meet these return requirements will result in your return being rejected. Please be mindful to avoid affecting your return rights.

※ Please note that if you violate Chrisinni's ordering and return rules three or more times without reason or with malicious intent, the company reserves the right to suspend your account and refuse you from using the service. You will also be blacklisted for transactions. Please be aware of this.
